Barbados is known for its steady sideshore trade wind, which mostly stays within a range of 12 to 20 knots. The extremely constant winds make the spot ideal for beginners, too. Barbados is also our first Skyriders centre, where we have offered instruction since 1998. At the time, the windsurfing crew still made fun of him, but now some have begun to follow him to the somewhat offshore reef where experts find a magnificent playground in the breaking waves.

Our instruction mostly takes place on Silver Rock Beach, which is directly adjacent to Silver Sands. Here, we find perfect conditions on the 350-m-long sandy beach.

The Barbados spot can be classified as an excellent all-round venue. For those who do not kitesurf or windsurf there are plenty of enjoyable alternative activities on offer here. Come to Barbados, relax and let the Irie feeling work for you....You'll never forget this trip.... Irie and Fly High….
