Location: The very beautiful and luxuriously appointed Inchcape Villas are situated right on Silver Sands Beach at the very southern tip of Barbados, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea, thus creating one of the world’s best and most famous waveriding spots. The various buildings are set amidst a colorful tropical garden, offering magnificent ocean views.

Amenities and facilities: The various accommodations are spacious, each of them tastefully furnished in its own style and completely equipped for state-of-the-art comfort. Each building has its own individual character. Some units are located on top of a rock right on the beach, while others are spread in the tropical gardens.
Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette for self-catering. A maid & cook service is also available at a supplement. General cleaning with fresh linens and towels is provided every 3-4 days. This service can be extended on the spot. Enjoy the big ocean front garden and relax in the huge hammock or garden furniture. Golf fans can play & practice at the on-site private driving range.
Guests may use also use the swimming pool and other facilities such as tennis court at the neighboring Hotel Silver Sands for a small fee. A swipe card is available at the hotel reception and gives access to all facilities.
There is also storage for private windsurf-, kite- or surf equipment.

Apartments & Studios: All units are equipped with satellite TV, stereo system, phone, safe deposit box and free wireless internet, which is available on the whole compound.

One bedroom units – Seaside Cottages
The Seaside Cottages have the perfect "away from it all" atmosphere. They are surrounded by gardens and just a few steps away from a magnificent white sandy beach. The right choice for people looking for tranquility and elegant simplicity. Enjoy an architectural finesse that combines historical features with elements of modern living in total harmony.
Each of the three cottages stretches over two floors, with the living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and the bedroom and terrace on the upper floor. The upper floor offers breathtaking views of the ocean.

One bedroom unit - Garden Apartment
The Garden Apartment is a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of the Courtyard House. It has a separate bedroom, living room with pull-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Two terraces provide an excellent location for outdoor dining under the stars and also offer wonderful views of the ocean and Silver Sands' reef.

Two bedroom units – Seaside, Sunrise & Sunset
Seaside is a beautiful coral stone building built in the 1920s and carefully restored in 1993. This elegant, colonial style house is a striking ocean front property, situated at the water's edge on the western end of Silver Sands beach.
This 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment on the ground floor has an airy, open plan design. Exposed coral stone walls, combined with antique and modern furniture create a stylish, yet comfortable atmosphere. Two French doors lead from the living room onto a spacious patio which is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. An elevated wooden deck, cooled by the gentle tradewinds and sheltered by a coconut tree, is the perfect spot relax and enjoy the magnificent panorama of the Caribbean water.

Sunrise is perched at the water's edge on a rocky point at the end of the magnificent Silver Sands beach. French doors open onto two spacious terraces that offer terrific views over the beach and the most popular surf spot of Barbados.
The fresh sea breeze from the tradewinds supplies natural air conditioning, keeping this 2 bedroom/2 bath unit cool and comfortable. The sound of the pounding surf against the rock will lull you into a restful night’s sleep. This is heaven for all ocean enthusiasts.

As its name suggests Sunset, located on the western side of Inchcape's ocean front coral rocks, is the ideal vantage point from which to enjoy the ever changing, colorful Caribbean sunset. This ground floor apartment has a large covered terrace, equipped with hammock, overlooking the ocean. It is charmingly decorated and the two bedrooms, each with separate bathrooms, the large living room and spacious kitchen provide a comfortable vacation home.

Two bedroom unit – Courtyard House
The Courtyard House is a perfect blend of past and present, offering visitors the charm and elegance of a traditional 1920's plantation house, combined with the convenience of modern amenities. Gleaming mahogany floors and antique furniture complement the bright and airy interior of this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 baths unit. The comfortable living room leads onto a large covered terrace that overlooks the nearby beach. There is also a laundry room in this unit. The house is named after the attractive enclosed courtyard where lily ponds and lush tropical plants impart a sense of peace and quiet.

Three bedroom unit – Gatehouse
(or 3 one bedroom units: Seaview, Coconut and Tower)
The Gatehouse is an impressive and unique building containing three separate units on two floors. Nestled amongst tropical plants and trees it is the perfect hideaway, offering total relaxation. Beautifully restored antiques combined with modern furnishings grace the interior of this lovely property creating a unique atmosphere. The Gatehouse consists of the Seaview and Coconut Studio and the one bedroom Tower Apartment. It can be sold as three-, two- or one bedroom unit.
The Tower is a stylish and very spacious one bedroom apartment. It features a secluded patio with hammock and an additional roof terrace, providing a secluded sunbathing area.
The Seaview and Coconut Studios are small units with kitchenette, bath and private terrace.

The Studio 
This is the latest addition to the Inchcape Villas. Although called The Studio, this very spacious rental unit is actually a little house. It has a very big sleeping-/living room area, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a small outdoor seating area facing the drive way. You can still enjoy the marvelous ocean views from the lounge area of the garden. Located at the main entrance of the property, The Studio offers affordable prices.
