Location: Hotel Can Cristòfor is a small, upscale, rural boutique hotel with only 14 rooms. It is said that even Cristopher Columbus once visited this ancient stone-masia in Vilacolum. This typical old farm house sits amidst picturesque olive trees in the hinterland of the Costa Brava. Our Club Mistral & Skyriders Center and the beautiful beach is less than a 15 minutes drive away.

Amenities and facilities: The historic stone-masia is decorated with the most modern designs and techniques. The result is a perfect and amazing atmosphere created by the old stone walls, combined with a modern interior. Grand scale rooms with elegant bathrooms,  an inviting restaurant with bar, a swimming pool in the well-kept garden and a spa area with fitness center are waiting for you. Where once were stables, you now dine in a modern and elegant ambience. Architectural finesse reflects in the combination of traditional features and modern elements. Le chef de cuisine spoils his guests with exclusive Mediterranean-international cuisine and eye-catching dishes. But the hotel also focuses on the physical wellbeing. The “Sen-Spa” offers various beauty- and massage treatments for creating a new harmony for the body and soul, thus making Hotel Can Cristòfor the perfect retreat for people seeking for relaxation, activity and culture. The hotel also offers free wireless internet in the lobby and lounge.

Rooms: The hotel offers 13 double rooms and 1 suite. The Superior Rooms (Figueres & Girona) are located in the old building on the upper floor. These two rooms are suitable for families or friends as a front (hallway) room can be locked and function as separate living room. Also in this part of the hotel is the Barcelona Suite, a spacious unit containing a living room and separate bedroom. It features wooden floors and design furniture as well as a large bathroom with double rain showers and an extra bath tub. Two extra beds can be added in the living room. Terraza Cadaques is another spacious room in the old building with a large terrace.
The new building next to the restaurant houses 10 Superior Rooms on two floors and the “Sen Spa” with fitness area. Pool view rooms are available at a supplement. The ground floor pool view rooms have direct garden access.
All rooms are quite spacious and equipped with bathtub (except for Cadaquez) and shower/WC, hairdryer, queen-size beds, flatscreen TV, DVD player, stereo music, air conditioning and central heating, phone and minibar. A bathrobe and slippers are provided for each guest to use in the spa area.

Villa Can Cristòfor (on request)
The Villa Cristòfor is situated just 2 minutes from Hotel Can Cristòfor. It is a two-storey villa with modern and luxurious amenities. The house offers enough space for up to 6 people, featuring three large bedrooms (two with double beds and one with single beds). There is two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub and separate WC) and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. The villa has access to a shared garden and swimming pool. The guests can use all facilities of the hotel at extra charge.

Reductions: Children under 3 years are free of charge. Children 3-11 years are 25 EUR per day. A baby cot is available at 8 EUR per day.

Our opinion: Top-notch hotel, not only in facilities and amenities but also in service. The perfect accommodation for everybody who enjoys more comfort in a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
