Location: Situated in a quiet, favored location on the top of a small hill and only 250 m from the beach Hotel Atti sits in a garden of shady palm trees and plenty of tropical plants. The view is amazing and definitely worth the 5 minutes walk to our Club Mistral & Skyriders Centers.

Amenities & facilities: Hotel Atti is a four-storey building offering 28 guest rooms and 1 apartment under German management. The main building houses the single room, standard double and triple rooms and the rooftop restaurant. The annex houses the comfort double rooms as well as the apartment and the modern gym room.
Thanks to the quiet location guests enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with the professional and attentive staff making everyone feel welcome.
The swimming pool in the garden is surrounded by a sun deck with deckchairs. From here you enjoy great views over the ocean. If you are up for some extra work-out besides wind- or kitesurfing you should definitely visit the air conditioned gym – overlooking the garden and the pool - with 50 m² of professional cardio-fitness equipment from the well known brands, Star Trac and Precor and with a multitasking strength-station from Body Craft.
The hotel also offers a computer desk with high speed internet connection. Here you also find some books, magazines or board games.
Wireless internet is available throughout the whole building and gardens, free of charge.
The staff around the manager Oliver is very helpful and happy to assist with tours around the island or excursions to even more exotic locations.
Lockable and ventilated storage boxes are available for those who bring their own kite equipment and don’t want to store at the Skyriders Center.
The rooftop restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. The restaurant has a very good reputation on the island and serves international and local cuisine. Don’t miss the incredible sunset from here while enjoying a sophisticated cocktail from the bar. A MUST for all lovebirds.

Ecological note: Hotel Atti is very careful about the environment and has implemented advanced ecological measurements to preserve natural resources. The water is heated by a solar system and the wastewater is treated in a proper water treatment plant. This water is then used for watering the plants in the garden. These measurements are constantly supervised by local environmental authorities.

Rooms: All our rooms are comfortably and tastefully furnished and equipped with soundless air-conditioning, combined with ceiling fans. Friendly and bright colors and beautiful rattan furniture create a harmonic and relaxing atmosphere. All units are equipped with bathroom with shower/WC incl. hair dryer, refrigerator, phone, safe deposit box and balcony or terrace with hammock. The beds are covered with mosquito nets.
The Single Room is about 13m² in size and equipped with a single bed 140x190cm. It has a small balcony with views over the bay of El Yaque.
The Standard Rooms are about 20m² in size and provide either a double bed (160x200cm) or two single beds (100x200cm). They have either a terrace or balcony with garden or sea views.
The Comfort Rooms in the new building are more spacious with 27m² and provide a king size bed (200x200cm), additional rattan chairs and a small table. The bathrooms are more luxurious and decorate with Spanish Tiling. These rooms also feature a large balcony with magnificent sea views.
The Triple Rooms are about the same size, 28m², and feature a double bed and two smaller single beds (80x190cm).
The Apartment with 58m² and two separate bedrooms is perfectly suitable for families. The large living room features a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedrooms provides a double bed (180x200cm – divisible).

Reductions: Children under 2 yrs are free of charge. Children 2-11 yrs are 10 EUR/night.

Our opinion: Really nice hotel located up the hill in a tranquil neighborhood with great service and wonderful views. If you don not necessarily want to stay at the beach, you will love it here.
