The resort of Bahia Feliz is the perfect place for spending your holidays, whether you are coming alone or with family and friends. The 4-star Hotel Orquidea with its comprehensive services builds the center of the village. Bahia Feliz is located on the south-east coast of Gran Canaria, about 20 minutes south of the airport in Las Palmas.
Bahia Feliz offers holiday accommodations for everyone: The standard Las Pitas apartments are the best choice for 2 adults. The Tres Vidas apartments offer more space and comfort and are suitable for families. The Tres Vidas Family apartment with 2 bedrooms offers enough space for up to 6 persons.
If you are seeking more space and luxury the Villa del Mar is your perfect choice. The Villa del Mar is a mere 15 minutes walk away from the Club Mistral Center and the Hotel Orquidea, whereas all the other apartments are nearby. Bahia Feliz also features a little plaza with shops, restaurants, cafés and a grocery store. Guests at the apartments can also pre-book the rich buffet breakfast or half board at Hotel Orquidea at an extra charge.

Location: The house Villa del Mar is located directly at the seafront. Only a small promenade separates the garden from the beach. The almost private, dark sand/pebble stone beach is very quiet. At low tide the sandy stripe can become pretty wide, especially in the summer. Parking is available in front of the house on a small and quiet street with little traffic. The Club Mistral Center is only a 15 minutes walk away.

Amenities and facilities: This impressive vacation home with 3 bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms and 130 m² floor space plus garden makes you feel at home away from home. The house is comfortably and furnished and offers a nice, relaxing and private atmosphere amidst vacation resort Bahia Feliz.
The spacious living room is equipped with a big leather couch and large flat-screen TV (cable), DVD, iPod dock and telephone. Local calls (land lines) and wireless internet is free of charge. The premium furniture invites you to relax and enjoy the fantastic sea view.
The kitchen is exclusively equipped with ceramic stove top, oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. You have no excuse to create fancy meals as the kitchen work is made as easy as possible. The dining table seats 6 persons and a high chair is provided for little children.  
The cosy patio, adjacent to the garden full of tropical plants, offers another dining table for 6 persons. Listening to the sound of the rushing sea, this place is perfect for a private sunbath or a jolly meeting with family and friends.
The upper floors offer 3 bedrooms. The 2 larger ones are equipped with French beds and the smaller one with 2 single beds. The large bedroom on the second floor also has an intimate sun terrace where you have excellent sea views. Early birds enjoy an amazing sun rise above the sea from here. There is one bathroom on each floor, one with bath tub, one with shower, and a guest WC on the ground floor.

If you bring your own windsurfing gear or maybe bikes you can use a small, locked shed in front of the house. Storage inside the house is not permitted.

Max. occupancy: 6 persons (adt + chd)

Board basis: Self-catering. A grocery store and restaurants/cafés are nearby.
 
Reductions: Children under 2 years are free of charge, children under 12 years pay 85 EUR/week (only if more than 4 persons). Baby cots are 40 EUR per week.

Service: Standard cleaning is once a week with fresh linens and towels. You can extend this service as you wish on the spot at an extra charge. Cleaning supplies and an extra set of towels can be found in the house as well.

Our opinion: Really nice house, right on the beach. If we could, we would move right in.  It is a perfect vacation home for larger families. And guess who is your neighbor???!!!
