Location: Hotel Orquidea is the heart of the holiday complex of Bahia Feliz, located 20 minutes south of Las Palmas airport at the south-eastern coast. It is located right on the dark sanded/pebbled beach. Our Club Mistral Center is right in front of the hotel. Several shops as well as restaurants and cafés also belong to the complex.

Amenities and facilities: This 4-star property is surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept palm tree garden. It has been almost completely renovated in 2008 and now represents an appealing and family friendly vacation hotel. It offers comprehensive services such as: several restaurants, bars, internet café, car rental, mini mart, souvenir shop and 24 hrs reception and tour desk. The service quality is excellent. The new heated pool landscape is very popular among the young and old. It is surrounded by a large terrace with sun chaises and parasols. Beach and pool towels can be rented at 10 EUR deposit fee. The hotel also has a sandy beach area with extra chaises, which is separated from the shore line by a small wall. The hotel’s beach bar as well as the beach volleyball court is right next to our Club Mistral Center.
The little ones love the kids club with the professional and extensive child care service. There is also an adventure playground. The hotel also provides daily animation and entertainment for guests of all ages. Music and party noise has to be expected until 10pm.
The Orquidea Club Spa offers a comprehensive range of activity and wellness services. This exclusive area is subject to fee. It has a separate 25m pool, a well equipped gym, floodlight tennis courts and a modern spa area with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Various massage and beauty treatments are on offer as well as fitness classes and yoga or Pilates. Hotel guests pay 12 EUR per day or 62 EUR per week for access to all services.  

Rooms: The guest rooms are spacious, modern and friendly decorated. All units have large balconies with sea views. The rooms are equipped with either one double bed or two twin beds, seating area with couch and chairs, extra desk, LCD-TV (cable), DVD, refrigerator, electric kettle, phone and ironing board and iron. The bathroom features a bathtub with shower function, blow dryer and bath robes. An extra bed can be added for a third person. Air conditioning and safe are subject to fee.

Board basis: The hotel offers half board or all inclusive (all meals buffet style). There is an extra children’s buffet. Please contact us for details about the all inclusive program.

Reductions: Children under 2 years are free of charge, children 2-11 years receive 50% reduction when sharing parent’s room.

Our opinion: Really nice holiday hotel, very popular among families with children, due to the extensive services offered. But even singles and couples will feel very comfortable here, no matter if you want to exercise on the water, on land or on the dance floor. But even if you just want to relax we can definitely recommend this hotel.
