15|02|07 +++ New Rest and Rescue Island Dahab

In cooperation with all of the windsurfing centres in Dahab and the SSDM (South Sinai Association for Diving and Marine) there is now a brand
new rest and rescue island in area 2 (the speedy).

The new island is made from purpose built plastic click together blocks and has a nice easy access ladder attached to the side. 
 
The island can be used to take a break or to call for a boat.  There is a flag pole mounted on the island so if a boat is required
in area 2 someone can raise the flag for teams on safety duty in each centre to see help is required and send a boat.
