Jem Hallīs first Windsurfing Clinic in Cape verde was a real success. The group had some excellent windsurfing conditions and everyone was very happy after this week .at the Club Mistral surf-centre.
Jem Hall and a group of windsurfers came to club Mistral Cape Verde in the same time as the Boards magazine UK for their annual tests. Club Mistral is very happy to welcome them again next year.
