The answer to the question "How short can such a week be?" is:

The Center Managers of all destinations and almost the entire Head Office staff, accompanied by North Kiteboarding and Mistral, got together for an intensive meeting with a tightly packed agenda on this island off the coast of Tunisia.

"Very short" - above all when so many things have to be decided and lots of interesting new things presented.

There were certainly plenty of astonished faces when it came to next year's Mistral and North Kiteboarding products… a waveboard with a twin-fin system is only one of our partners' many new gadgets. This means our water sports range will be enlarged, everything that can be improved even further will be improved... not very much, we thought, given what are almost perfect partner brands, and yet they nevertheless still manage to come up with surprises.

Mistral, North Sails and North Kiteboarding receive feedback from our centers throughout the year concerning equipment and can thus react quickly at all times. What other brands are tested so thoroughly? That is our great advantage.

Hardware was, of course, not the only topic of interest; service at Cub Mistral and Skyriders was also on the agenda. Instruction, safety, organisation and much more.

Apart from the magnificent, five-star Radisson Hotel, the beach and the small but perfect Club Mistral and Skyriders Center, we didn't see much of Djerba, as the meeting took up almost all of our time that week!

Our overall impression – very friendly people, lots of potential for our new water sports center, no risk of boredom: kitesurfing, windsurfing, catamaran sailing, riding... relaxing, wellness on a grand style and delicious food round the clock.
