25|06|08 +++ Infotrip 2008 to Egypt

The infotrip 2008 of Club Mistral led the tour operators to Egypt. From the 29th of May until the 05th of June we travelled through Egypt and visited the Club Mistral and Skyriders Centers in Ras Sudr, Dahab, Safaga und Marsa Alam.
The first stop was Ras Sudr. The center in front of the Creative Green Sudr Resort is pretty new and from this year on with fix team. Olga will be the center manager. We visited both centers and also the hotels, Creative Green and Ramada Resort.
After a four hours busdrive we arrived in Dahab. We stayed there at the new Hotel Le Meridien for one night, where we really enjoyed the luxury and the delicious buffet. The center at this hotel is also new and nicely built. Here in Dahab we were lucky and had some time and wind for surfing. In the evening we went to the Hilton Hotel and the Club Mistral center there. We met the whole team and got a very funny center presentation of Onur. After a delicious dinner we had some time to enjoy the nightlife in Masbad.

The next day we left for Safaga. We took the flight from Sharm el Sheikh to Hurghada and were awaited at the Hotel Imperial Shams Abu Soma. There is a new Skyriders Center in Safaga next to the hotel. In Safaga Club Mistral has two separate centers for windsurfing and kitesurfing.
We visited both hotels, the Shams Safaga and the Imperial Shams Abu Soma, which impressed us with their Deluxe rooms. These rooms have a private roof-terrasse with a whirlpool.
On Tuesday, June 03rd , we left Safaga and went to Marsa Alam.
This destination is new in the program of Club Mistral and most of us haven´t been there before. We stayed at the Hotel Shams Alam, which is a nice all-inclusive hotel. The Club Mistral center is made out of wood and furnished very tastefully. We also had some time and really good wind there for windsurfing. Furthermore, Marsa Alam is a real paradise for snorkelling and diving. In the afternoon of the last day we did a tour through the bordering National Park. On Thursday, June 05th,  it was time to say goodbye and go back home. It was a really nice trip through Egypt and all participants could get a lot of new facts and impressions.
