Beach bars, sandy beaches, cocktails under palm trees, constant trade winds and great conditions for kite- and windsurfing – all this makes El Yaque a unique place. In November Club Mistral & Skyriders will open its doors again; take this chance to escape from the typical glumly November weather! Benny and Ramona will manage the Skyriders center at the Hotel Jump’n Jibe and Javier the Club Mistral center at Hotel El Yaque Paradise. Trips to special spots can be organized for advanced kitesurfers and on no-wind days all voucher guest can use the SUP boards for free. This winter you reach El Yaque with a scheduled flight via Caracas. Due to comprehensive baggage checks and delayed connecting flights from/to Porlamar you need to calculate at least 3-4 hrs transit time in each direction. The transit is now easier and safer than in the past.

Unfortunately the baggage will still not be checked through, as you have to pass customs in Caracas. You can check-in for domestic flights already inside the international terminal. Through a separate, secured tunnel you have direct access to the waiting area of the domestic terminal.
We offer an English speaking meet & greet service in Caracas for our guests, who assists you with the transit and check-in.
