CLUB MISTRAL TRAVEL SERVICE

We offer our guests tour assistance at all of our Club Mistral centres. This is an additional service that can be booked separately and in advance at each centre when an individual service (e.g. windsurfíng equipment hire or course) is booked. If you book a complete trip, tour assistance is already included in the price.

The fee for the travel service package is € 20 and includes the following services:

• Travel service information letter before departure
• Personal welcome & introduction at arrival at the center by tour guide and center manager
• Personalized and intensive taking care of your clients' well-being throughout his/her entire stay as special added value by our tour guide on site
• Information about everything that can be important + individually decisive for a successful holiday
• Assistance with the Hotels in case of complaints/ changing of rooms etc.
• Special tips and reservation of excursions, f.ex. car rental etc.
• Twice a week info hour
• During center opening hours the travel service is at disposition of guests (6 days a week)
• Emergencies: Club Mistral has a collection of all important telephone numbers, in case of emergency, will accompany your guest to the hospital/police/doctor/pharmacy etc. He/she will help with translation of all important info for your guest and help with administrative tasks.
• The Club Mistral travel service is the contact person for all complaints and the person in charge of the travel service will try to find a solution on site
• Transfer airport- hotel in certain destinations (Club Mistral sign and name of the guest)
• Return ticket confirmation
• Coordination with hotel bookings, over bookings etc
• Children under 13 years free of charge
