About Carlton Junior:
This month, we would like to introduce you to a popular Club Mistral team member who has been with us for many years: Carlton Junior Walcott from Barbados.

Junior, a Bajan local who can look back on 8 years with Club Mistral, is responsible for organizing everything at the Silver Sands centre, a task he performs in a most reliable manner. He is, without doubt, our most important man at the centre. He is always ready to offer guests friendly, helpful support, loves demonstrating tips and tricks, and the surf kiddies in particular listen to his descriptions with enthusiasm and astonishment and eagerly participate in his instruction.

Junior is the "board doctor" of Barbados... he is very talented at repairing and maintaining our boards. We can count ourselves very lucky to have him on our team, as board maintenance is also an important task field. Junior - the showman of Oistins - started kiting 3 years ago. His talent matches his enthusiasm for this sport, and he is one of the best - possibly even the best - kiter on the island. His windsurf talent is incredible and he enjoys demonstrating his skills and performing loops and aerials in the shorebreak on his days off. And even when he comes out of the water, he loves to be able to give guests tips for improving their own windsurfing skills and teach them this or that move. Apart from that, he often goes surfboarding, which he enjoys very much - this is his chill-out after a long day at the centre.

One cannot help noticing Junior's attractive appearance and athletic physique, of course; combined with his charming smile and loveable manner, they have made many women's hearts beat faster, but ladies... No chance! Junior and his partner, who also lives on the island and shares her life with her 'sunny boy', have been a happy couple for many years. Presumably, this will not be welcome news for one or the other female surfer, but Junior has a smile in store for everybody - and that includes every woman! The men probably often wonder why excessive consumption of chocolate doesn't produce the same stomach muscles in them as it does in Junior...
Junior is a true friend and extremely popular with the team, as you will never hear the words "no or "impossible" from him. He takes great pleasure in helping guests and friends again and again.

Junior - we would like to thank you for the superb and reliable work you do at our Barbados destination! We cannot imagine Barbados without you and look forward to many more seasons with you on this Caribbean island! Thank you for being such a wonderful and dependable member of our Club Mistral team. We really appreciate it!
