Arne has been with Club Mistral for some time now and as he has already worked at a number of centres, we've got quite a lot to tell you about him.
Born in Usedom, Arne grew up on the Baltic Sea. Before joining Club Mistral, he worked as a life-saver on Sylt for some time.
He then came to Munich, where he studied computer science for several semesters, thus making him pretty 'fit' when it comes to computer matters.

Always calm and collected, Arne has a very well-balanced temperament and is seldom ruffled. He is also an extremely versatile person with numerous interests and talents.

Among other things, he is a truly gifted amateur cook, who enjoys cooking not only for the entire team but also for the guests at the centres he works at. To make sure that everything goes off smoothly, he even has his own cooking utensils with him; he actually takes them with him wherever his work takes him…

Music is another of his hobbies. Arne plays e-guitar, composes his own pieces and has also been a member of a band in Germany.

Above all, however, he is a super kitesurfer. Technically flawless, he breaks every kitesurfing maneuver down into its individual elements; he probably has up to 1000 moves on his laptop, which he studies for hours on end. Arne is an extremely good kitesurf instructor; his lessons are excellent and he has a very conscientious approach to his work. Feedback from participants has always been very positive and Arne is a truly enthusiastic instructor. Waveriding is without doubt his great passion, whereas freestyling is more for passing the time away – although he's pretty good at freestyling, too….
Besides kitesurfing, Arne also teaches windsurfing and surfboarding. He is in Barbados for the 05/06 winter season – the ideal spot for instructing and practising all 3 sports. Arne is very reliable, takes good care of our guests and makes sure that everyone has a good time. Arne is Jee Bee's right hand in Barbados and exerts a calm influence beside Jee Bee – the "party animal".

Arne is very flexible as far as his work is concerned and settles down quickly wherever he's sent. This is a great advantage – for our guests, of course, and, last but not least, for us too!
We would therefore like to wish Arne all the best for his season in Barbados and hope to have you as a Club Mistral team member for a long time to come!
