Our team member of the month for October 2008 is Melanie Prade. Melanie is originally from Bavaria. Her family has very strong connections with windsurfing and that is probably the reason why she decided to live next to the sea! She did a degree in Spanish and English in Munich. After that she decided to work abroad and started to work for Club Mistral. The first center was Tarifa where she stayed for 2 seasons. Currently she is working in Dahab and is managing the office at the center where she is a great support for Tobias her brother who is the center manager there.

Melanie is very sporty. She loves mountain biking and running, and now she is also a very passionate windsurfer.

This summer there was quite a spontaneous change in the Dahab team and she had to go to support the center in Alacati. However, she felt immediately at home and was very flexible with the change of destination.

Melanie is responsible for the guest relations at the center. She is very conscientious and she can be relied on 150 %.

Melanie is always in a good mood, very obliging and attentive, and the guests really like her. She is taking good care of the office and our guests, and whether she is doing the monthly accounts or organizing a boat trip or a BBQ, nothing is a problem for her.

Meli is very popular in the team as well as with the guests. She is always happy and likes to laugh a lot and she bring good humour to the team – everybody immediately warms to her.

At our tour operators trip to Dahab this year Meli was really great in helping us with all of the preparations such as hotel & restaurant bookings, and also during our stay in Dahab she looked after the group and we had a great time - we would like to thank her a lot for her support.

In the meantime windsurfing is her passion and she has made huge progress and spends every free minute on the water. It looks like she has a hidden talent

Sports in general is a very important subject for her - she goes running every morning. On top of that she is very attractive and when she is standing in her bikini behind the counter at the center the guys have problems in concentrating!

She is a big Skype and Facebook fan and communicates over the internet a lot with her friends in her time off.

Alongside her job at Club Mistral she is also studying tourism and sports management, and is doing very well in all exams.

She loves cats and dogs very much, especially her dog Sancho from Corsica
