Ben Harrison - or "Benny Boy", as he is generally known - is a very talented water sportsman. Whether he is windsurfing or kitesurfing, everybody who sees him on the water is highly impressed by his style and prowess.
Ben has been working in the sports business almost all his life and can therefore draw from a wealth of experience in the water sports sector.

Ben first worked for the British company Neilson, originally at a multi-activity centre in Vassiliki and then in Cabarete. When offered a job with Club Vass, he switched companies without hesitation, as windsurfing is his great passion, after all. Since then, Ben has spent his summers working in Greece and his winters working in Venezuela, on Margarita Island, where he also practises the latest freestyle moves, along with Gollito Estredo und Ricardo Campello.

Benny and Celia also met in El Yaque – more than six years ago. They then lost sight of each other for two years, but immediately realized, when they met up again on Margarita in 2003, that they belonged together. Since then they have been inseparable. As of 2004, Ben has spent his summers working with Celia at Club Mistral's centre in Tarifa, where he also gives kitesurfing lessons, and his winters with Celia on Margarita Island.

Ben is an excellent windsurfing and kitesurfing instructor. He is very popular with our guests, undoubtedly due to his teaching skills and his British sense of humour.
Ben is a 'party animal' through and through, always ready for some laughs; that's why he likes it so much in Tarifa.
Ben has numerous hobbies: apart from kite- and windsurfing, he goes skateboarding and wakeboarding, and also plans to try snowboarding in the near future. When he is not on the water himself, he likes to make films and take photographs of his friends when they are windsurfing; he then makes videos from the films and spends hours sitting there editing the photos.
Ben enjoys going out for a good meal – although nothing can compare with his mother's roast beef, in his opinion. He likes sushis and French food, and above all good wine. He is also a very good cook himself.

His latest nickname is "tea monster", as he drinks huge amounts of tea during the day – regardless of the weather.
Benny, stay just as you are; we hope that you will remain with Club Mistral for a long time to come.
