This month's team member has been a great favorite with guests and colleagues alike ever since he started work at Club Mistral in 1998. He came to us from the beach in Dahab, where he was a beach boy at the Ganet Sinai.
While working at the Ganet, Said's friend Mohammed, who was working at another windsurf center, was already teaching Said how to repair boards and take care of equipment. When Club Mistral opened its center at the Hilton, Said was right there applying for a job. He started his career with us as an employee in the new center with Ronan.
Said takes his work, religion and family very seriously and throughout his time with us he has remained a hard-working, conscientious and valued team member, who has expanded his skills in all aspects of his job.

He has supported many of our managers in a country where the language and customs have not always made their task an easy one and he has helped with many alterations and expansions from the day we opened the center right up to now. Said knows all the important people in Dahab and the surroundings.
In addition to that, he can remember names and faces extremely well and recently still recalled the name of a guest whom he had not seen for many years.
As we said before, our Said is not only loved by us but also by our guests, many of whom visit the Hilton center time after time to see him and see how he and his family are getting on. Said, his brother Ahmed and the other Farouk family members who make up the Dahab team create a very special atmosphere that is appreciated and remembered by everyone who visits the center.

Said is not only a hard worker, 100% committed to supporting Club Mistral and the European staff who work at our Hilton Dahab center, but also a devoted father and family man. Said is now expecting his 3rd child and we would like to wish him and his wife all the best and good luck for the new addition to the Farouk family (another future team member on the way).

We would like to thank Said for his valued support and commitment to Club Mistral. We really appreciate everything you do for us in Dahab and hope you will remain with us for many years to come.
