The team members for the months of November & December are Nora & Ronan.

Nora is originally from Heidelberg, Germany and Ronan is from Audierne in Brittany. We have chosen them once again as team members of the month because they have been working for Club Mistral for almost 10 years now, as well as 10 years being together,  and they finally get married on October 31st.  
We will try to keep the story short as for sure there are many many stories to tell!
The whole story started in 1998 in Dahab…..where Nora & Ronan met each other. Ronan was working for Club Mistral Dahab and Nora at the Happy Center. It didn’t take long before she switched to Club Mistral. Since that time they have been a couple working together. We have to say that they are a really good team. Full Power is their slogan for life and work, and anybody who knows them can really support this.
Nora and Ronan are a really strong couple and really great people – when you are around them it is fun guaranteed.  For those of you who know them a few words like “full power” and “yes papa yes mama” mean more than 1000 words…
Ronan’s special trick is DJ-ing – only virtual and sometimes with a dancing show… for sure if you saw this only once you would be amazed…
Nora is also always good to have around for a party, and she is definitely Mrs Buffalo!  At the center manager meeting in Djerba she managed to motivate about 30 people playing “Buffalo” and it didn’t stop for the whole week…
Nora & Ronan know Club Mistral very well as they have worked at different destinations. From Dahab they moved to Cabarete, Cabo Verde and El Yaque. Then Nora stayed 2 years in the head office in Weilheim to work for Travel People. This was a hard time for them - Ronan travelled between Weilheim and France, and also took some German lessons…
In 2004 they started the center in Golf de Roses which has been a big success so far. With a lot of energy and motivation they made the center work really well. Each year they improve things and the center runs better and better. Over the years they gained a lot of experience in teaching and running a team and a center, and with their experience and a lot of knowledge in the windsurf & kitesurf business, they made the center work smoothly within only a year. The center is in Roses, and the place L’Escala is their home, with a house and their dog called Squeeze. They picked Squeeze  up in Cabo Verde and since that time the dog is truly a part of the family.
Both of them are managing the center, still giving lessons in wind & kitesurfing and working full power in the summer months. In the winter time they take some time off to relax and travel to nice destinations like Morocco, and last year Hawaii…
Ronan is a really good windsurfer and kitesurfer too, and a few years ago he was competing in the European Championship. Nora also has a very good level and she is a very experienced and professional instructor and really knows how to motivate the students.

Well there would be so much more to say that we suggest you spend your next holidays in Roses, and then you can meet them personally!
Finally after 10 years they are getting married on the 31st of October 2008 - we would like to give them our best wishes for their wedding  and the future, and would like to wish them a  wonderful honeymoon…
We hope you stay as you are and that we will have you in the Club Mistral family for much longer.
