For the month June & July we have 2 teammembers of the month!
Prior Club Mistral destinations: Ulla and Wolfgang have been managing the Club Mistral & Skyriders Center in Safaga very successfully and professionally for many years now. Apart from that, the two have just set up a brand-new center in Marsa Alam "on the side". Without the their untiring efforts, the center would never have been completed on schedule, i.e. by 1st March 2008; they made possible what would otherwise have been almost impossible, especially in Egypt.

Wolfgang and Ulla are a real asset to Club Mistral and to all those who have the pleasure of working with them, because they are always friendly and, above all, human, and also think of others. This is why they are so popular both at Head Office and with their on-site team. They also provide energetic support for Head Office in the form of ideas and new developments. The idea for the "Logbook", for instance, introduced a few years ago, originally came from Wolfgang. We must also express our highest praise for all the work he put into our "Cebra" booking system, not to mention the master file he administers for our centers. A further extra project is that of the weather stations with live web cams, which he supervises and updates. The new Marsa Alam Club Mistral center also has its own weather station, besides a flat screen and other extras.

His most important "invention" was most probably his participation in the development of our UNLIMITED instruction programme, which has meanwhile been partly revised and must surely be one of the most unique and innovative tuition systems in windsurfing.
Wolfi is an absolute high-tech and technology freak.

Ulla distinguishes herself by her boundless patience, from which we also benefit here at Head Office. She contributes valuable ideas to our logistics work and is a reliable partner for us. On site, she also looks after our guests and their affairs, needs and wishes in a responsible, friendly manner. Ulla is always ready to pass their wishes on to us precisely and in detail. Impatience and hectic are totally foreign to her, which has a positive effect on team work at the destination.
Collaboration and professional cooperation between Wolfgang and Ulla is likewise exemplary.

Once or twice a year, the two go on a big trip. The Svobodas – i.e. Wolfgang, Ulla and Nalu, their Oriental mongrel – have travelled to many of the world's beautiful places, including half of Italy, Hawaii several times and, currently, Denmark, where they are spending a few weeks on a well-deserved holiday.

We all admire Ulla and Wolfgang greatly, especially their very professional approach to their work and constantly friendly manner. Ulla and Wolfgang are very popular with our guests, above all our regular guests – of which there are very many in Safaga.

Dear Ulla, dear Wolfgang, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your magnificent efforts on our behalf, which we greatly appreciate.
