Mahmoud has been a member of our team in Safaga for as many as five years. Over this period, he has won the admiration of an enthusiastic community of fans who very much appreciate his friendliness and willingness to help.

Mahmoud is an exceedingly polite and accommodating young man who gives each individual guest the feeling that he or she is welcome and gets the best possible service. Over the years, he has familiarized himself excellently with all responsibilities and takes cares of guests by providing optimum service and handling all aspects involved in check-in procedures. Every task Mahmoud tackles is always performed flawlessly and to the utmost satisfaction.

His open and friendly manner is appreciated not only by the guests but by the entire team; he is never in a bad mood and always has a smile for everyone. Mahmoud and Khaled together form our basic team and provide energetic support to Ulla and Wolfgang.

In the meantime, Mahmoud has also become an consummate surfer - and only last week, he succeeded in immaculately standing his first volcan - congratulations! He is a fan of the smaller Beast models, which are also well suited for his slender physique, and he uses his free time to make steady progress.

Apart from surfing, football is one of Mahmoud's passions! He loves to meet his friends in Safaga to play sizzling matches. And it goes without saying that Mahmoud, as a native-born and raised Egyptian, likes to smoke his shisha.

Mahmoud has taken all of us by storm, and everyone who has met him never forgets this Egyptian. His kindness and unassuming friendliness wins every heart, and people cannot help but like him the moment they lay eyes on him.
