Our Team Member of the Month for November 2006 is Ninja Bichler.
Ninja more or less grew up with (and sometimes even at) Club Mistral and knows it like the palm of her hand – including all destinations and Head Office, too.
Hardly had Ninja finished school than she left for overseas, where she worked at various Club Mistral centres, including Dahab and Cape Verde.
After a five-month trip through South America on foot, with rucksack and partner, Ninja (known to all as "Nini") decided to settle down in Germany, in the beautiful town of Tutzing on Lake Starnberg (offering opportunities for windsurfing! and not far from our Head Office in Weilheim) and to start work at Head Office. She has been here for some time now, putting her best efforts into her tasks, which include updating and maintaining our web site, adding new pictures to make it more attractive and ensuring that the texts contain the latest news. 
Nini's considerable artistic talent and good eye for design and layout have not only led to continual improvements to our web site but also resulted in a number of rearrangements of our office furniture and fittings – something Nini loves doing, because it helps to prevent a certain workplace monotony!

All jokes aside, however, Nini always inspires us with new and very good ideas. Besides working here in the office, she is also currently attending an evening course in Munich to learn more about the background to web design.
Nini has a wonderful smile and a fabulous sporty figure, she's totally photogenic and certainly Club Mistral's best and most sought-after photographic model, easily recognizable on the photos in our catalogue or on our web site – and nevertheless not even a bit conceited…

Nini's favourite sports are those that have to do with water. Windsurfing, kitesurfing and also surfboarding are her great passion. She is extremely skilled at all three, very ambitious when it comes to learning new moves and has remarkable stamina: 5 - 6 hours of almost non-stop windsurfing in the waves are absolutely no problem for her…

Nini likes to be in close contact with nature; she loves music (plays the violin) and also animals of all kinds, especially dogs and horses, taking great pleasure in "exercising" (i.e. riding or walking) them for friends. However, she hasn't only got a soft heart for animals: she's also involved in various organisations that care for poor and sick children all over the world and she has remarkable understanding for elderly people.

Nini has a talent for languages; she has spoken fluent French ever since her childhood, some of which was spent on Corsica. She also attended courses at a school for interpreters, where she perfected her English and Spanish. She can be seen chatting away happily in all of these languages!
Altogether, Nini's helpful, likeable manner and cheerful disposition make her very popular with everyone. She has a subtle sense of humour and is always ready for a joke to help create a good atmosphere. She's also a great party person and, according to Sebastian, the only one who can still keep up with the "French connection" after 4 in the morning – and that's saying something!
Nini makes the best sushis in the world; she works for hours on end, even making whole sushi platters (better than any party service), and she loves inviting people to dinner.
Fashion and clothes are one of Nini's hobbies (any idea who she inherited this from?) - but they may be older, unusual items of apparel. Nini has her own very special style and that goes for her car, too – a bright red VW "Herbie", which she has polished and done up beautifully herself.
