As Kerstin has been with Club Mistral for a number of years, there's lots to say about her. 
While studying architecture, Kerstin met her great love, Thomas, during a holiday in Greece. From then on, she divided her time between Greece and her studies, before finally deciding to work for Club Mistral with Thomas. Kerstin threw herself into her work with vim and vigour - and continues to do so today. Since then – about 12 years ago – the two have been inseparable. The season in Cabarete was rather mixed, with several wild parties (favourite drink at that time: tequila). After a number of successful seasons at various Club Mistral centres, the two moved to Bavaria in 2000, where they now lead a "very settled" life in Garmisch. Originally they planned to spend only a year at Head Office, before migrating to Canada! Thomas is a devoted partner and takes great pleasure in preparing Kerstin's favourite dishes for her.
The two have been living in Bavaria for over 5 years now and Kerstin, who originally came from Cologne, has become a real local, as can be seen from the photo!

Kerstin is our fashion specialist - not only at Munich's famous Oktoberfest beer festival, but also privately and at work – more on that topic later. We are very pleased that Kerstin has remained with us at Head Office to this very day. She has a great talent for organisation and a remarkable artistic and creative vein, as can be seen from her perfectly executed ads and flyers and the Corporate Identity of the centres, with magnificently designed destination cards and lots more.
She is also meticulous when it comes to the centre accounts and has everything under control. She is always well informed and up to date and ready to lend an ear to everyone.

Kerstin is a constant source of new and innovative ideas and also capable of putting these ideas into practice to perfection. Again and again we have reason to be highly impressed with her achievements and commitment to Club Mistral. Kerstin has organised the annual Centre Manager get-together for quite some time now and has things well under control there!
A few more details that should be added: Kerstin and Thomas have been together for a long time, but mention must also be made of their dog, Koa, who has been an important member of the family since Cabarete, where Kerstin rescued Koa from starvation. Koa follows Kerstin wherever she goes and spends workdays with Kerstin at the office! Koa's nickname, "Schatzemann" (term of endearment), has meanwhile been adopted by various colleagues and all the members of the staff have made friends with Koa, alias "Schatzemann".
Kerstin loves animals more than anything, above all dogs, but also wild animals; just take a look at her office and you will find a certificate from South Africa, where Kerstin has more or less adopted a leopard. A great idea, but we're nevertheless perfectly happy to have Koa in the office rather than a wild cat.
Kerstin’s biggest hobby is fashion, as can be seen from the fact that the Club Mistral Teamwear is always very much in demand. 
Kerstin is not only dressed in a very stylish, colour-coordinated manner herself but is also happy to provide her friends and colleagues with excellent advice and to very patiently discuss the latest fashion wear from Chiemsee, Matador, Roxy etc.
Apart from "power shopping", Thomas and Koa, Kerstin has a great weakness for stars! On the windsurfing scene, it's Nik Baker, whereas with actors, it's probably Brad Pitt.
One further aspect we mustn't forget, of course, is Kerstin's career on the side as an actress - in "Aktenzeichen XY" (German TV show). To our great shame, nobody videoed her appearance, although several of us watched it on TV.
