8. Termination of agreement due to exceptional circumstances
8.1. If the tour is considerably impeded, endangered or impaired as the result of force majeure not foreseeable at conclusion of the agreement, both the tour organizer and the traveler may cancel the agreement. If the agreement is cancelled, the tour organizer may demand reasonable compensation for tour services that have already been performed or will have to be performed in order to end the tour.
8.2. The tour organizer is also obliged to take the necessary steps to repatriate the tour participant, in particular if the agreement includes repatriation. Additional costs incurred in connection with repatriation shall be borne by both parties in equal parts. Any other additional costs shall be borne by the tour participant.
