9. Tour organizer's liability
Club Mistral shall be liable, within the scope of the due diligence of a prudent businessman, for thorough tour preparations, careful selection and monitoring of service providers, correct description of all tour arrangements described in the brochures, insofar as we have not given notice of amendments to the information provided therein as per 3.1. above prior to conclusion of the agreement, and for due performance of the agreed tour arrangements.
