The story of Club Mistral is about people who have turned their passion for windsurfing and kitesurfing into a career. Since its establishment in 1985, our company has given top priority to customer orientation, team spirit, innovation and professionalism. During its 20-year history, Club Mistral has gained a lot of experience and has increasing evolved into a people-oriented enterprise, whose focus is on communication with guests and the satisfaction of their requirements and wishes. The stimuli for our corporate strategy mainly stem from our own rank and file, because Club Mistral employees are encouraged to freely develop their talents and interests, learn continuously and find pleasure in always setting good examples. Our team brings innovation to our company and is thus always optimally attuned to customer expectations.

The sum of many little things can grow into something big. We, too, started out on a very small scale and have now developed into a globally operating service provider focusing on water sports and sports tourism.

With 18 windsurfing, 12 kitesurfing and 6 surfboard riding centres worldwide, we are one of the leading companies in this industry.

Club Mistral has a network of international partners in a wide variety of countries. We want to be international and multicultural and highlight this also in the selection of our employees, who currently hail from 24 different countries.

With this colourful mix of personalities from diverse nationalities and cultures, we want to give water sports enthusiasts an opportunity to experience their leisure time in new ways every time.

The responsibility of all employees in their dealings with our guests, the company and the environment determines our future planning and our daily actions. We create an optimum environment for our guests and attach importance to close co-operation with local organizations in a wide range of countries.
